Self-Care Sessions: 1 on 1 self-care coaching (4 weeks)



In these four (4) one hour sessions, Alex and clients will work together to find ways to create sacred self-care practices and rituals by focusing on securing time for self, exploring different methods of journaling, discussing intentions, work/life balance, and engaging in open dialog that encourages finding the tools to be successful in self-care. After each session, clients are given homework to be discussed and unpacked at their next session. Personalized emails are sent at the top and close of every week.


Each client will be given a personalized lesson plan at the beginning of their session. Lesson plans include: customized journal questions, personalized meditations, affirmations, and more! This will help lead the conversations to be had over the course of our 4 weeks together. A goal + intention for what will be tackled and addressed will be set upon starting.

Each client will get:

  • 4 total hours over 4 weeks

  • 15-30 minute consults at the opening and close of our 4 week program*

  • Conference calls for each sessions

  • 1 free follow up check-in to ensure that our work together is not only taking root, but blooming. *

After booking your session, an email will be sent with an intake form, scheduling information, and a coaching disclaimer to be signed prior to starting.

Sold out? Don’t fret! Each month 4 new students will be taken on. Depending on the client load, the calendar opens on the 1st or 15th of each month.
